The Curtis Wilson Library HVAC project, with estimated costs of $567,412, consists of replacing the terminal units and modifying the system to entirely Dual Duct Variable Air Volume (VAV) system from mainly a Dual Duct Constant Volume system. In addition, the Outside Air dampers will be modified and controls added to control the outside air quantity, and some deferred maintenance work will be done on the air handling units for the building. Annual Energy savings for this project is $99,882.
