Information for Contractors & Prospective Bidders

Below are the general requirements for Missouri S&T Design & Construction Management (D&CM).

All bidders are required to provide or comply with:

Bidders may also be required to provide or comply with:

Bid Bond (upon request of D&CM project manager)
Bidders Statement of Qualifications (upon request of D&CM project manager)
Minority & Women Owned Business Enterprise (MBE/WBE) Participation (as indicated in bidding documents)

If a contract is awarded, contractor must provide:

Current certificate of insurance (per Article 11 General Conditions); Sample COI
Performance and Labor & Material Payment Bonds (as indicated in bidding documents)
MBE/WBE Participation Documentation (as indicated in bidding documents)
