Information for Contractors & Prospective Bidders
Below are the general requirements for Missouri S&T Design & Construction Management (D&CM).
All bidders are required to provide or comply with:
- Information for Bidders
- Information for Bidders under $100,000
- Prevailing Wage Rates for Phelps County
- General Conditions
Bidders may also be required to provide or comply with:
- Bid Bond (upon request of D&CM project manager)
- Bidders Statement of Qualifications (upon request of D&CM project manager)
If a contract is awarded, contractor must provide:
- Current certificate of insurance (per Article 11 General Conditions); Sample COI
- Performance and Labor & Material Payment Bonds (as indicated in bidding documents)
